To obtain an invitation letter, please fill in the form below and send an e-mail to asiaem2019@126.com (or asiaem2019@xjtu.edu.cn) and yuhangchang@126.com. Your personal information must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. The Conference Secretariat will then send a formal invitation letter via e-mail with which the participants can apply for a visa.
